Job Description for Regional Sale Officer
DAD Ayurveda is hiring a young and dynamic Regional Sale Officer for its Ethical Pharma sales operations and to handle the distribution network of our Ayurveda products in the specified region. Candidate must be from FMCG or the Ayurveda Pharma industry who can launch, develop distribution network, and handle secondary sales through the distribution of Ayurveda doctors and place the product at top retail outlets in the city And BTL can do to terminate the activity. Stock from the retailer. The company is going to provide all marketing and promotional support to grow its traditional distribution.

Job Profile:
To handle a team of ASM, Regional Sales In-charge, and Sales Officers Responsible for achieving business goals for your specified area.
Meet with the retailer, and stockist (their ASM, TSI – if required) to introduce the company’s products
Responsible for primary and secondary sales through Ayurveda doctors and other practices Admission/training of new TSIs/ASMs at their Headquarters.
Maintain good relationships with Ayurveda doctors, stockists, and retailers across the region/state.
To manage major accounts of distribution of Ayurveda Doctors and can take regular orders from Super Stockists and Distributors From Retailer, Stockist, Activity to Manage Product Liquidation
Generating organic leads from social media and online searches.
To manage the sales promotional activity in the specified area.
Providing product presentations to Distributors, Retailers, and Large Format Stores.
To maintain weekly and monthly reporting data.
To achieve the monthly primary and secondary sales targets set for the region.
Can plan and execute product demo activity with the help of a sales promoter at a major retail outlet in the area.
Ability:
Candidate should be Graduate / B.Sc / MBA / B.Sc / MSc / BAMS with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must know computer with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales of Ayurvedic Pharma products, FMCG, OTC, and Ayurveda.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: ₹ 5.20 lakh – ₹ 7.00 lakh per annum which includes variable monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives.
