Disha Arogya Dham is an Ayurvedic treatment center based in India, known for its holistic approach to healthcare. While I’m not specifically aware of their treatment methods for frozen shoulder, Ayurveda typically employs a combination of herbal remedies, dietary recommendations, lifestyle changes, and therapeutic techniques to address various health issues.

Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint. It typically develops gradually over time and can worsen if left untreated. The exact cause of frozen shoulder is not always clear, but it often occurs following periods of immobility or reduced mobility of the shoulder joint, such as after surgery, injury, or prolonged immobilization in a sling. The symptoms of frozen shoulder usually progress through three stages:1. Freezing stage: During this stage, there is a gradual increase in pain and stiffness in the shoulder. Range of motion becomes limited, and everyday activities may become difficult.2. Frozen stage: The stiffness in the shoulder may continue to worsen, but the pain might begin to decrease. However, the limited range of motion persists, making it challenging to perform even simple tasks.3. Thawing stage: In this final stage, the range of motion slowly improves, and the pain diminishes. It may take several months to years for the shoulder to return to normal function completely.Treatment for frozen shoulder typically involves a combination of pain management, physical therapy, and, in some cases, corticosteroid injections or surgery to release the tightened joint capsule. Physical therapy exercises are essential for maintaining and improving range of motion in the shoulder joint. It's crucial to work closely with a healthcare professional to develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and symptoms.
