Candidate should be from Ayurveda Industry, FMCG or Pharma Industry with strong distribution network and can handle secondary sales through distribution of Ayurvedic Doctor and placing the product at top retail outlets of the city and BTL The activity could be to eliminate stock from the retailer. The company is going to provide all kinds of marketing and promotional support to grow its distribution division.

job profile:

• To handle primary as well as secondary sales through product placement at Ayurvedic dispensing doctors and retailers.
• To manage key accounts of Ayurvedic doctors and can take regular orders from them.
• To manage product liquidation from retailer’s store and BTL activity
• Generating organic lead from social media and online search for Ayurvedic dispensing doctor.
• To manage the sales promotional activity in the designated area.
• Providing product presentation to Ayurvedic Doctors, Distributors, Retailers and Large Format Stores.
• To maintain weekly and monthly reporting data.
• To achieve the monthly primary and secondary sales targets set for the sector.
• Can plan and execute product demo activity with the help of sales promoters at major retail outlets in the region.

Ability:

Candidate should have MBA / Bsc / Msc / BAMS with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have knowledge of computer with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint.
experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling Ayurveda Pharma products, FMCG, OTC, Ayurveda.

Salary: ₹480,000.00 – ₹650,000.00 per annum with variable monthly, quarterly and annual incentives.

• To handle online patients across the world by taking patient history, and prescribing medicine as per Ayurvedic principles
• To manage the health problems of patients all over the world through phone, e-mail and WhatsApp.
• Administering product training to the sales and marketing team.
• Ayurvedic practitioners are responsible for writing articles on various health topics as per the topic suggested by the marketing team.
• To manage OPD and patient data as per treatment protocol.
