1.1 Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free with no hidden costs. You earn commissions only when you generate eligible Program sales.

1.2 How do I sign up?
Click Join Now at the top of the page, fill out your details, and get started in minutes.

1.3 What information do I need?
Your name, email address, and mailing address are required to open your account. We’ll also ask about how you plan to promote NourishDoc Programs.

1.4 How do you protect my personal information?
All personal data is encrypted and securely stored. We never share your information with third parties for marketing.

2. Affiliate Partner Marketing2.1 How does affiliate partner marketing work?
You earn a 30% commission on Net Sales for each eligible DAD Ayurveda Program purchase made through your unique affiliate link. Affiliate commissions apply only to DAD Ayurveda Self-Care Programs and do not apply to Guided Experiences, Wellness Certifications, or other offerings provided by independent Coaches, unless expressly stated otherwise.

This structure is transparent and based solely on actual program sales.

2.1a What are “Net Sales” and how is my commission calculated?

 Commissions are calculated on Net Sales, which means the actual revenue NourishDoc receives after certain deductions are made from the customer’s purchase.

Net Sales = Customer’s purchase price MINUS:

• Refunds, returns, chargebacks, and cancellations
• Sales tax, VAT, GST, and other applicable taxes
• Payment processing fees (credit card, PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
• Mobile app store fees (Apple App Store, Google Play Store fees of 15-30%)
• Currency conversion fees
• Discounts, promotional codes, and coupon redemptions
• Shipping and handling charges (when excluded from purchase price)

Example:

A customer purchases a $100 annual subscription through your affiliate link.

• Customer pays: $100.00
• Sales tax deducted: -$8.00
• Payment processing fee: -$3.00
• Discount code applied: -$10.00
• Net Sales: $79.00
• Your 20% commission: $15.80 (not $20.00)

 

If that customer later requests a refund, your commission will be reversed.

This ensures affiliates are only paid on revenue NourishDoc actually receives and retains.

2.2 Do I need previous experience?

 No. Affiliates with an active social presence or audience perform best, but anyone can apply.

2.3 Who can I sell to?

 You may promote DADAyurveda Programs to individuals or organizations, including corporations, schools, NGOs, and healthcare or wellness-focused institutions.

2.4 Is this legal?

 Yes. The program complies with FTC, Competition Bureau (Canada), and Indian regulatory standards because:

• Commissions are based on legitimate product sales
• No purchases or fees are required
• It promotes real wellness programs

2.5 Am I an employee of NourishDoc?
No. Affiliates participate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of NourishDoc.

2.6 Can holistic experts and coaches join?

Yes, holistic experts and coaches are welcome to apply to the Affiliate Program. Participation as an affiliate is separate from any Coach or marketplace relationship with NourishDoc.

3. Promoting NourishDoc Programs

3.1 What niches do NourishDoc programs cover?
Women’s health and wellness, including menopause, perimenopause, hormones, skin care, and weight management.

3.2 Which countries are targeted?
Localized programs are available in the US, Canada, and India, as of now.

3.3 What resources do you provide?
We provide banners, CTAs, and program images. Additional resources may be available upon request.

3.4 What makes NourishDoc different?

• AI powered, science-backed, and expert-led platform
• Culturally sensitive, personalized programs
• Global experts & repeat purchases for long-term earnings

3.5 How can I promote?
You may promote DADAyurveda Programs through websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, or other approved marketing channels, subject to our Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

4. Payments

4.1 When do I get paid?
Affiliate commissions are paid monthly on a net-30 basis for eligible Program sales completed in the prior month.

4.2 What payment methods are available?
PayPal.

4.3 What’s the minimum payout?
$100.

4.4 What currency will I be paid in?
USD only.

4.5 Haven’t received your payment?
Check your payment details and contact your affiliate manager or email care@DADAyurveda.com.

4.6 Who pays the fees when I receive my commission payment?

Affiliates are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, banks, etc.) when receiving commission payments. These receiving fees are separate from the Net Sales calculation.

5. Tracking Your Sales

5.1 How do I get tracking links?
Your unique affiliate link will be provided once you’re approved.

5.2 How does tracking work?
Links drop a first-party cookie valid for 90 days. Any purchase in this period counts as your sale.

6. Compliance & Policies

6.1 Can I use the NourishDoc name in my website or social channel?
No. Affiliates may not use the NourishDoc name or branding in domain names, social media handles, or page titles. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting NourishDoc Programs.

6.2 What are the FTC requirements for affiliate disclosures?
Affiliates must clearly disclose any paid partnerships or commissions in every promotional post or link. The disclosure should appear near the endorsement and be easy to understand.

6.3 How do I report rule violations?
