Digestive Treatment Pack | Beneficial in Constipation, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Acidity, Ulcer, and Various Digestive Diseases
Introduction:
Digestive is the process of breaking down large insoluble food molecules into smaller water-soluble food particles that are absorbed into the watery blood plasma. The digestive system is divided into two processes called mechanical digestion and chemical digestion.
Mechanical digestion is the breakdown of large food particles into smaller food particles with the help of digestive enzymes. Chemical digestion is the breakdown of food molecules into smaller ones for use in the body with the help of enzymes.
The act of eating is life-giving. All human beings and non-living things require food and fuel to function properly. Food is not only a necessity but the right quantity and quality at the right time.
Causes of Digestive Disorders:
- Dietary Habits: Eating habits are always the primary reason for health-related problems. A poor diet can cause abdominal cramps, bloating, and general discomfort in the abdominal areas.
- Less Physical Activity: The personal, educational, and occupational burden is so high these days that the physical activity of all of us is hampered to a great extent. Even though we are doing exercise and physical work, most of the time only the legs and arms are involved. But there was no movement of the stomach and its surrounding parts. This leads to inactive and weak muscles, which cannot handle the digestion process efficiently and give rise to various digestive problems.
- Lifestyle: There has been a lot of change in the lifestyle of the people. Stress and electronic gadgets have replaced relaxing, refreshing walks in the natural air. This has affected the hormones of the body and the immune system has become weak, due to which food is not digested properly. It is the most common cause of digestive problems, especially in big cities these days.
- Overeating: Many people have the habit of overeating, they eat according to taste and not according to hunger or need of the body. This extra food gets stored in the stomach, which has limited storage capacity. By overeating, there is more load on the stomach, food does not get enough space to move and thus it is not digested properly and acidity also occurs.
- Frequent meals: Normally, the food we eat at a time takes about 3-5 hours for indigestion and till that time it remains in our stomach. If we take another meal in between, the old food will stay in the stomach for a longer period and become vulnerable to the harmful microbes present there, leading to the build-up of toxins, and acidity, and this ultimately causes digestive issues.
