Franchise Fee Refund Policy:
At DAD Ayurveda, our goal is to make franchise as easy and stress-free as possible. If you are not satisfied with our services, return the unused/unused token amount within 30 to 45 days of invoice as per our Return and Refund Policy, and we will happily refund the cost of your Franchise Tokan Amount. The basic expenses like rent/hotel/food charges are non-refundable.
For National Customers:
Please check the Return and Refund Policy with your country for restrictions, fees and charges collected from your country. In some states, in addition to the charges, staff remuneration from Disha Arogya Dham which ranges from Rs. 1500 to Rs. 5000 per day will be charged by the doctor.
Travel and employee expenses incurred in travel are non-refundable, especially if the travel is to other states outside Jaipur Rajasthan, and the charges are not refunded.
For Indian Customers:
We can refund your Franchise Token amount paid only if you successfully repay them within 30 to 45 days from the invoice date. For all refunds, the refund will be made from the total amount we receive for your Franchise Token amount after deducting taxes, expenses or other charges levied by payment processing partners.
