Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped to the “Delivery Address” given at the time of placing an order and will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Shipping Policy & Fees:

The shipping policy and charges will be calculated through www.DADayurveda.com at the time of your purchase and you will be able to see the same in your cart before proceeding to checkout.

Address Details:

Please ensure that you have entered the correct address details while making your purchase and you need to mention the name of the person and company that is going to receive the order on your behalf (if the order is placed at a business address). DAD Ayurveda does not take responsibility for the failure of order delivery due to wrong shipping address or non-mention of person and company name.

Returned Parcels:

If your parcel is returned due to incorrect details provided or the parcel not being collected, you will have the option to resent the parcel. Standard shipping charges will be applied for resending parcels. Should you wish to get a refund instead, DAD Ayurveda will assess the parcel to make sure there is no damage and will provide you with a refund if so.

Damaged Goods:
