Role of Company: –
➢ Company will provide Health Partner of all products (medicines, health products, and diagnostics and doctor consultations)
➢ Company will commissions 20% every order products of DAD Ayurveda.
➢ If any products will expire. Then it will be replace/exchange by another products.
➢ If any products damage during transportation, then it will replace by another products.
➢ Company will deliver products to your register address.
➢ Company will do Interior according to company’s design.
➢ Company will not pay Rent & Electricity bill of shop.
➢ Company will Provide Products & Equipment.
➢ Company will provide all the SOPS, Training & Manuals.
➢The company will provide patient management and billing software to the franchisor.
➢ Company will invest in brand level marketing, digital & social marketing including Google marketing, Facebook.
➢ Company will Provide pamphlets, will give Radio Ad, Hoardings, News Paper Advt, Glow Sign Board.
➢ Company will do Vendor Registration with all the vendors for All Brand Products.
➢ Company will assist Franchise in hiring & training of Employee.
➢ All communication to the franchise is done via an official email id and mobile number.
➢ Company will provide 3 to 5 Staff member & their salaries.
Role of Franchisor: –
➢ Required a criteria of 500 SFT to 5000 SFT.
➢ Franchisee has to ensure that all its artists follow the same and customer satisfaction is high.
➢ Franchise will Report or initiate corrective actions wherever required.
➢ Franchise will report to company before 15 days, when products will expiry.
➢ Damage packing products will not be refundable.
➢ Product should never be sold more than MRP price in your area.
➢ Franchise will order the products via an official email id -support@dadayurveda.com
➢ Accurate and complete records will be kept by The Franchise in regards to sales of The Product.
➢ The company shall keep accurate and complete accounts on the company’s behalf, and the members may review them at any time.
Payments: –
➢Security Deposit/Registration Fee- Rs. 50,000/-( Fifty Thousend) +Includes GST.(Refundable).
➢ Along with each payment, The Health Partner will submit Payment Receipts to the company.
Defaults: –
➢ In the event of any failure of The Franchisor to abide by the terms of this agreement, including
but not limited to remittance of payments due, The Manufacturer will have the option to terminate this agreement
➢ The Franchisor must will have provide written notice of 45 days before terminate this Agreement.
