Return and Refund Policy:

At DAD Ayurveda, we aim to make online ordering as easy and stress-free as possible. If you are not satisfied with our products, simply return unused/open bottles within 30 to 45 days of invoicing under our return and refund policy, and we will gladly refund the cost of your purchase. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

For international customers:

Please refer to the return and refund policy with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. In some countries, delivery is taxed at 4-5%, which is rare but possible.
There will be no refund of shipping costs, especially if the product is rejected and returned by Customs or due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt and the package is returned, other than shipping, customs, and handling levies All costs are happily refunded which is a minimum of USD$10 or 10%, whichever is greater on the value of the returned products (for all countries) for the smaller package.
If Customs confiscates your order and does not return it to us, it is not possible to provide any refund.

For Indian customers:

We may refund the payment for your ordered product or products only if you successfully return them within 30 days from the date of invoice. For all refunds, we will deduct $2 or 10%, whichever is higher, on the value of the returned products from the total amount received for your order after taxes, shipping, or other charges levied by payment processing partners.

There will be no refund if the products are damaged or not returned in salable condition by the customer or due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt and the package is returned. However, we can resend it at a nominal cost of courier.
“Cancellation Period and Refund Mode and Duration (Order can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. And in such cases, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days through the same mode)”

food items:

DAD Ayurveda cannot guarantee the quality of any food products delivered internationally due to extended shipping seasons and timings. Food products from international destinations cannot be returned to DAD Ayurveda.
