We are specifically looking for candidates with BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) degrees who are willing to partner with us to conduct Ayurveda and Naturopathy camps.

We are Disha Arogya Dham (DAD Ayurveda Naturopathy Hospital). We are pleased to inform you that we are interested in hiring a full time Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Practitioner to join our healthcare unit.

As a doctor at DAD Ayurveda, you will be responsible for providing medical consultation, diagnosing diseases, prescribing Ayurvedic treatments and medicines, and managing patient care. It is essential that applicants have a deep understanding of Ayurvedic principles and practices.

(Online and Offline OPD)

• To handle online patients across the world by taking patient history, and prescribing medicine as per Ayurvedic principles
• To manage the health problems of patients all over the world through phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp.
• Administering product training to the sales and marketing team.
• Ayurvedic practitioners are responsible for writing articles on various health topics as per the topic suggested by the marketing team.
• To manage OPD and patient data as per treatment protocol.
• The Ayurvedic practitioner should be able to suggest dietary and lifestyle modifications to the patient for the management of various diseases.
• Good communication skills and can work properly on computers.
• Willing to learn and promote genuine and authentic Ayurveda.
• Can coordinate production and R&D team for new product development.

Responsibilities:

• Providing consultation to the patients as per the appointment schedules.
• Understanding patient health issues and prescribing necessary medications and treatments if required.
• Advising screening and scanning if necessary.
• Answering queries of the patients.
• Explaining the treatments provided to them and their benefits.
• Offering ayurvedic massages to the clients.
• Maintaining the inventory level and restocking the products as required.
• Ensuring the client is fully informed about the treatment.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction and customer excellence through services provided.
• Assigning tasks to fellow Practitioners and other team members.
• Maintaining documentation after completion of treatments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Doctorate degree in Ayurveda, Naturopathy, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ayurvedic Massage Therapist, or a similar position in the Healthcare field.
• Private practice as an Ayurvedic Practitioner is mandatory.
• Formal training from the Disha Arogya Dham (DAD AYURVEDA) for 500 hours.
• Sound judgment skills.
